- Models run on servers operated for you in Switzerland, in a data centre or on in-house machines.
- Under Swiss jurisdiction
- US providers can be compelled under the CLOUD Act to hand over data they control, even when it is stored in Switzerland. The data centres and the team running your AI are Swiss, under Swiss law.
- Your model, for you only
- Open models such as Qwen, Gemma or Llama run on those servers, so your documents don't go to the companies that train them. A model trained on your work is reserved for you by contract.
- Cloud models by choice
- Frontier models such as Claude or GPT only receive work you decide isn't sensitive.
